The following riddle was written by a woman in California, USA, over 100 years ago in the late 1800’s. The answer is one word, five letters long, and appears only four times in its various forms in the Authorized King James Bible.

Will seek my face and call upon My name

This is a testimony of and about a child. El Shaddai places a very watchful eye over all children. It is all together true the one thing that comes closest to breaking our Sovereign’s composure is when something bad happens to a child. His watchfulness begins before conception, and becomes much more intense from the instant that conception takes place.

Sometimes we forget that our Creator expects our bodies to be treated with reverence. It is our responsibility to care for it with discernment. Not an easy task in today’s busy, busy existence!
If you love to eat, and we do, there must be food in the fridge and pantry from which we gather the ingredients…so let’s go shopping!
We just arrived home and unloaded the car. All the pantry foods are to be placed in the cupboards and here, organization is key. Be sure to put the newer duplicate foods, canned and boxed, behind the older items. A few minutes spent at the beginning will save oodles of time during the end game…Dinner.
Salad is always a favorite around our house. It’s a meal in a bowl and there are lots of tricks to making it healthy and delicious.
On a cold winter evening or really, just…anytime…there’s something so fulfilling about soup! Add some crusty bread and it’s a meal. But how can you prepare a delicious, satisfying soup without spending hours of prep and cook time?
